When you order 4Gb fiber but the installation crew absolutely didn’t get the instructions correct. Arrived wrong day, installed wrong side of house, terrible fiber installation. Running under rocks it will be sure to get crushed. The crazy thing is we had conduit and also buried a fiber already for them from the correct location on the other side of the house to the next vault. We ripped out all their mistake. telMAX do better !
