“Every journey begins with a dream 💭…”
We came to Canada 🍁 and made Bathurst 🏝️ our home.
A small town… with a big heart and an even bigger sense of community. ❤️

Hospitality wasn’t new to us.
With education in the same field and 17 years of experience working in 5-star hotels and restaurants, we always dreamed of creating something of our own.

So we started small.
Very small.
With a dream, a few dishes, and a lot of hope…
at the Saturday Farmers’ Market .

Then came our food caravan 🚚.
One step at a time.
One customer at a time.
One plate at a time.

From the food caravan 🛻 , we took another leap…
and opened our little takeout restaurant.

We wanted to bring something we felt was missing —
the real, rich, colourful flavours of India. 🇮🇳

And slowly, that little dream became something much bigger.

Today, we are proud to call it Dilli Delight.

But behind every plate 🍽️ , every smile 😊, and every step forward…
there are years of hard work 😓.

The past six years haven’t been easy.
There were long days.
Longer nights.
Doubt.
Sacrifices.
And countless hours that nobody ever saw.

But every time we felt tired,
you gave us a reason to keep going.

Your encouragement.
Your kind words.
Your support.
Your coming back again and again…

You kept our inner fire alive. 🔥

We didn’t come here as investors with a big plan and a big budget.

We came here as people who chose this community as home.

We built this from the ground up.

Farmers’ Market → Food Caravan → Takeout Restaurant → Fine Dining.

One step at a time.
One challenge at a time.
One dream at a time.

Six years later, we’re still learning.
Still growing.
Still dreaming.

And most importantly…

We’re still here because of YOU. ❤️

Dilli Delight isn’t just our restaurant.

It’s a piece of our journey…
and a piece of our home.
