The Apple C***r Donut Latte brings together warm spiced apple c***r flavour, cinnamon, a little buttery bakery sweetness and that unmistakable fresh apple c***r donut vibe, all wrapped up with rich espresso and steamed milk.

Basically, it tastes like you spent the afternoon at an apple orchard without having to pick a single apple.

Bracebridge had its turn this past weekend. Huntsville is up next. And around here, that can only mean one thing…

Caramel corn season.

So naturally, this week’s special is the Caramel Corn Latte — buttery caramel, toasted sweetness and that unmistakable salty-sweet flavour that belongs at a fall fair.

All the nostalgia of wandering the midway with a warm bag of caramel corn… minus the questionable carnival ride assembled sometime Tuesday afternoon. 😏

We’re settling into September the proper way.

This week’s Canadian Maple Bourbon Latte brings together rich Canadian maple, warm bourbon flavour and subtle notes of caramel — all wrapped up with espresso and creamy steamed milk.

Smooth, cozy and just a little bit indulgent. Think crisp Muskoka mornings, changing leaves and absolutely no reason to rush anywhere.

And despite the name, there’s no actual bourbon involved — so yes, you can responsibly have one at 8:00 in the morning. We checked.*

Well… all good things must come to an end. And after a whole summer of turning some of our favourite ice cream flavours into lattes, we knew the finale had to be something special.

So we saved a very Canadian one for last. 🇨🇦🎸

THE TRAGICALLY CHIP LATTE

This one is inspired by The Tragically Chip, Kawartha Dairy’s limited-edition summer flavour released this year in collaboration with Canadian rock legends The Tragically Hip.

And what a flavour to work with…

We’ve taken those flavours and turned them into one seriously Canadian latte — rich, chocolatey, a little fruity, a little maple-y, and worthy of closing out the summer.

The original ice cream was crafted in Bobcaygeon, Ontario — home of Kawartha Dairy and, of course, the little town forever immortalized by The Hip. Even better, a portion of proceeds from the original ice cream supports Breakfast Club of Canada and its school nutrition programs.

So crank up The Hip, raise your latte, and help us give the Summer Scoops Series the send-off it deserves. 🇨🇦
