Starting this week, we'll be offering free, walk-in counselling every Thursday.

Drop by any time between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., any Thursday, to speak with a trusted, licensed counsellor for free.

Sessions are one-hour long, goal-focused, and completely confidential.

If you've been thinking about speaking to someone, this is your opportunity.

See you on Thursday.

🎉 AND THAT’S A WRAP!

What an incredible day!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and walked with us today at our WALK for HOPE. We are so grateful for your support and for all the hard work you put into collecting pledges for our Saturday and Sunday peer support drop-in programs.

Without all of you, we simply couldn’t keep our doors open. Your support makes a real difference, and we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. 💙

And to everyone who honked for mental health awareness, waved, gave us a thumbs-up, or cheered us on as we made our way through the streets...THANK YOU! The response from our community this year was absolutely amazing. It meant so much to see and HEAR your support along the way!

A HUGE thank you also goes to our event sponsors, the local businesses who donated wonderful door prizes, and everyone who contributed items to help us fill our walker gift bags.

The generosity we saw from Brantford’s businesses, organizations, families, and community members was truly incredible.
When Brantford comes together, we REALLY come together!

We may be a little tired tonight, but our hearts are full. 🥰

Stay tuned...photos and more updates are coming soon!

To our walkers, sponsors, donors, volunteers, supporters, honkers, wavers, and everyone who helped make today possible:

THANK YOU, BRANTFORD! 🌻💙

Thank you for helping us keep HOPE alive.

WALK FOR H.O.P.E. IS TOMORROW!

📣 If you see us on the streets tomorrow morning, HONK FOR MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS!

Give us a Honk, a Wave, or a Thumbs-up and show yourself as a mental health ally!

We are also still gratefully accepting donations of any amount to support our weekend peer-led drop-in programs.

This year, we expanded our program to include Sundays, because the demand for weekend support has increased tremendously. With very few resources available on weekends, our drop-in provides a safe, welcoming place for adults struggling with their mental health to find connection, understanding, and peer support.

We need your support more than ever to help us keep our doors open for another year. 🌻
H.O.P.E. receives no government funding for these programs and relies on donations, fundraising, and grants to keep this safe haven available to our community.

đź’™ Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

If you can’t walk with us tomorrow, please consider making a donation using the link below.

Thank you for believing in H.O.P.E. and helping us remind people that they don’t have to walk their mental health journey alone. 🌻

WALK FOR HOPE IS TOMORROW!

Can’t walk with us? You can still make a difference! 🌻

We’re raising funds to support our Saturday & Sunday drop-in peer support programs, which provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space for people to connect and receive support when there are very few resources available on weekends.

H.O.P.E. receives no government funding for these programs, so we rely on fundraisers, donations, and grants to keep our doors open.

Whether you can give $5, $10, or whatever you can spare, every amount helps. đź’™
