SIVLE

TOMORROW!!!

🎶 Summer Sounds at Harmony Square with SIVLE! 🎶

Join Dan Taylor and Joan Minnery on Sunday, July 19th, from 3:00–4:30 PM on the Bell Stage at Harmony Square in downtown Brantford for an afternoon of your favourite hits from the '50s, '60s, '70s and beyond!

Bill has to miss this one because of work, but he'll be nearby on security duty, so maybe we'll even catch a song with him on his break!

Bring a lawn chair, bring a friend, and come enjoy a great afternoon of live music. We'd love to see you there! 🎤🎸

🎶 Summer Sounds at Harmony Square with SIVLE 🎶

A little change... but the music goes on! 🎶

This time around, Bill has to miss the show because of work commitments, so SIVLE's own Dan and Joan will be taking the stage as a duo for a fun afternoon of music!

Join us on Sunday, July 19, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM on the Bell Stage at Harmony Square in downtown Brantford. We'll be bringing you an afternoon filled with songs you'll know, love, and probably find yourself singing along to.

We'll be travelling through the decades with favourites from the '50s, '60s, and '70s, featuring music by Elvis Presley, The Beatles, CCR, P!nk, Lady Gaga, and so much more. Whether you love classic rock, country, pop, or timeless oldies, there's something for everyone.

While we'll certainly miss having Bill on stage with us, he'll actually be working security nearby that afternoon. Who knows... maybe he'll be able to hear us from his post, and if the timing works out, perhaps we'll even steal a song with him during one of his breaks!
❤️
We'll miss you, Bill... but we'll be singing a few extra notes for you! 🎤

So grab your lawn chair, invite a friend, and come spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon with us in beautiful Harmony Square. There's nothing quite like live music, great company, and a summer afternoon in downtown Brantford.

We'd love to see some familiar faces—and maybe meet a few new ones too!

📅 Sunday, July 19th
🕒 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
📍 Bell Stage, Harmony Square, Downtown Brantford

Bring your lawn chair, your singing voice, and your smiles. We'll take care of the music! ❤️🎶

Today, the members of SIVLE join together in mourning the loss of someone who has been part of our musical family for many years.

On behalf of Bill, Joan, Dan and the entire SIVLEization family, we extend our deepest condolences to our drummer, dear friend, and longtime musical comrade, Brad Bridges, on the passing of his father, Mike Bridges, following a courageous battle with cancer.

We also send our heartfelt sympathies to Ruth, Phoenix, and all of Mike's family and friends as they navigate this difficult loss.

Anyone who spent time around the local music scene knew Mike. Whether it was a SIVLE show, Rough Justice, Univernia, the Bill & Brad Band, or countless other musical events, Mike and Ruth were often there together—smiling, dancing, supporting musicians, and genuinely enjoying every moment. Their presence was something performers looked forward to seeing.

Mike was a remarkable man. Brilliant, talented, endlessly curious, and passionate about so many things. His love for music, guitars, audiovisual technology, trains, and the arts was well known throughout Brantford. He was a steadfast supporter of local musicians and a familiar face at performances across the community.

But above all, Mike loved his family. He was incredibly proud of Brad and absolutely adored his granddaughter, Phoenix. The joy on his face whenever he spoke about them was unmistakable.

For more than two decades, Mike and Ruth have been part of our extended family, and we will cherish the memories of shared laughter, conversations, music, and friendship. We will remember Mike's smile, his enthusiasm, his intelligence, and the way he embraced life and the people around him.

Tonight, we grieve alongside the Bridges family and hold them close in our thoughts.

Rest peacefully, Mike. Thank you for the music, the friendship, the support, and the memories.

You will be deeply missed. Safe Journey Home Gandolf the Green!!!
