The Brant County Singers is a women's chorus dedicated to sharing its love of music with the community. We strive toward excellence, we respect each other, we have fun, we give back, we provide a supportive learning environment, and we are collaborative partners in the Arts community. Participation in this choir requires a weekly time commitment of two hours for group rehearsal, plus some personal time away from rehearsals to review music at home. We provide three yearly concerts to the general public as well as brighten the lives of our seniors through visitations to local nursing homes. On Saturday, June 6 we held our spring concert at Sydenham- Heritage United Church. In recognition of our 55th anniversary as a chorus, we invited a guest choir to join us, the Addison Women’s Choir from Cambridge. It was an evening of beautiful music, with both choirs performing separately and joining together for two combined pieces. It was a pleasure to welcome the Addison Choir and we hope to combine our voices again in the future . Our thanks to all who attended this wonderful evening .

The Brant County Singers are on hiatus for the summer, but be sure to mark your calendars for our next event. On Monday, August 31 at 7 pm, we will be joined by the Brant Men of Song for our annual ChoraleOke event . This will be a fun evening of learning a few songs, meeting the directors and choir members, and enjoying refreshments and socializing. If you’ve ever considered joining one of our choruses, this is your opportunity to come out and see what we’re all about! Join us at Sydenham-Heritage United Church . With sunshine at the Bell Homestead, an afternoon filled with stunning performances, and the talent of guest soloist Maggie-Dylan Norton-Shebib, it truly was a perfect day to celebrate music and community. ☀️🎵
Because of the generosity of attendees, $500 was raised in support of local student nutrition programs — helping ensure kids in our community have the food they need to learn, grow, and succeed. 🥪🍎
We are so grateful to the Brant County Singers, their audience, and everyone who made this special afternoon possible. Congratulations again on 55 amazing years of music, connection, and community impact! 🎉
