Hey everyone we are back in action tonight! Here is the schedule for the rest of the month. We are going to have a great year! We are planning on having an event in February so those interested in competing in Brooks now is your chance.

I also wanted to mention it is very important to have the gear needed to join classes. Every sport has equipment need to partake and MMA is no different. I recently gave away a bunch of equipment and now I’m starting to have to supply more gloves and shin guards of mine because I feel bad for those students. If you sign up to join you MUST have equipment. Please do not have your child come to me and say my mom/dad said no. I end up feeling bad for these kids and help them out myself. I have been helping out for 20 years. This should not be an expense to the coach. I donate so much of my time holding pads/helping out kids that out of pocket expenses on top of everything else is just not fair to me. I do it because I love the sport. Having said that I have decided to make the gym a non profit organization. We will be putting 💯 of the money back into the gym. We are

First we have no stranger to combat sports in Alberta, if you don't know Caleb Ermine, you don't know combat. He will be making the trek from Sturgeon Lake, Saskatchewan to take on Iron "Mike" Parsons who is very well known for his wrestling pedigree and looks to put the pressure on Caleb in this NoGi Submission only, grappling match.🤼

Hey Everyone. I decided to do regular classes Monday to Wednesday this week and then take the next week off to complete some projects in the gym, change the status of the gym, plan for our rankings coming up and our nerf gun party. I will provide drinks/food for everyone when we are back in action. Keep posted for more details! We are going into our 20th year teaching Martial Arts in Brooks. It’s going to be the best year yet! 😊

We will have a schedule for the month of September this weekend and will be taking registration/students this week.😃
