The details that make up Claudio’s are more than just details.
They’re memories of our father’s childhood, stories from La Roca on the Drive and Pasta Amore in Burnaby, and little reminders that food has always been about more than what’s on the table.
So when you sit at Claudio’s, you’re not just surrounded by decorations. You’re surrounded by pieces of the journey that got us here.
And we’re still adding to it.
It’s sweet, bold from the Gorgonzola, yet still light and crispy as we like it.

For the dads who taught us how to eat well 🇮🇹
Claudio’s Ristorante is named after our father, Claudio Magagnin, who grew up in his family’s bar and hotel in San Boldo, Italy. He later brought his love for food and family to Canada, opening restaurants that always felt like home.
This Father’s Day, we’re honouring that legacy the best way we know how. Around the table.
