What a day at the EDA Invitational!

The second annual EDA Invitational Golf Tournament brought together economic developers, community leaders and businesses from across Alberta for a fantastic afternoon of golf and plenty of opportunities to connect at the Broadmoor Golf Course.

And it was a great turnout!

New this year was our Fairway Partner Village, showcasing Made-in-Alberta businesses before golfers headed out on the course.

We were thrilled with the response and couldn’t have asked for a better launch for this new addition to the EDA Invitational. Thank you to the businesses who took part!

A huge thank you to everyone who made the day possible, including our many volunters; title sponsor Invest Alberta; dinner sponsor Strathcona County, and hole sponsors Lamont County, FortisAlberta. Thanks to the University of Alberta Career Centre for joining us and thank you to the team at The Broadmoor Golf Course !

Most of all, thank you to everyone who came out and made the second annual EDA Invitational such a success!
We’re already looking forward to next year.

A big swing for our first Fairway Partner Village!

When we introduced the Fairway Partner Village for this year’s EDA Invitational Golf Tournament, we hoped the idea would catch on......and has it ever!

Our inaugural mini Made in Alberta market has already attracted a wide variety of vendors! From skin care to artisan baking to experiences and much more!

An excellent opportunity for small businesses to showcase their products and connect with tournament guests.

We’ve been thrilled by the response to this brand-new addition to the tournament.

It has quickly grown into something we can’t wait for golfers to experience.
