Helping moms & entrepreneurs protect income, build wealth & leave a faith-led legacy.
I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Heather and Jennifer Robertson for the amazing job they did with SAUCE’s Sneaker Ball yesterday!
This was my first time attending. My sister purchased tickets for herself, my mom, and me as part of my birthday celebration. She had heard so many great things about the event and said we absolutely had to check it out — and it did not disappoint!
What I appreciated most was that it wasn’t just a beautiful evening and a great atmosphere; it was incredibly educational.
We heard powerful testimonies and information from people from a variety of professional backgrounds, including doctors and lawyers, who spoke openly about prostate cancer, early detection, and the importance of men taking their health seriously.
One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of men knowing their risk and having conversations with their healthcare providers about prostate cancer screening. We also learned about the increased risk among Black men, including men of African and Caribbean descent, and why awareness and early conversations about screening are so important.
Another valuable takeaway was learning more about the PSA blood test. It isn't simply about looking at one number in isolation. Doctors may consider PSA levels alongside factors such as age, individual risk and changes over time when determining whether additional investigation is needed.
Sometimes we avoid conversations about our health until something feels wrong. Events like this remind us why education, awareness and early conversations matter.
Beyond the education, the entire evening was wonderful. There was an amazing turnout, everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was positive, and it was beautiful seeing so many people come together for such an important cause.
Heather and Jennifer, congratulations on a job incredibly well done. Thank you for creating a space where people could enjoy themselves while also walking away more informed and empowered.
I’m already looking forward to attending again next year — and hopefully volunteering too!

Most professionals spend years building their careers, growing their income, and creating financial security for their families. But one question often gets overlooked: Is your life insurance actually enough?
Many doctors, lawyers, accountants, business owners, and other professionals assume their workplace coverage is sufficient, only to discover it may not fully protect their family's lifestyle, income, or long-term goals.
Life insurance isn't just about leaving money behind. It's about protecting the home you've built, replacing income, covering debts, preserving your children's future, and safeguarding the legacy you've worked so hard to create.
The best plan isn't the biggest policy—it's the one that's designed specifically for your family, your goals, and your future.
What if your child's education could get a boost from government grants?
An RESP is one of the smartest ways to start saving for your child's future. Your contributions can grow over time, and eligible government grants can help your savings go even further.
The earlier you start, the more time your child's education fund has to grow.
Tonight, ask one simple question: "Does my child have an RESP yet?"
A small step today could make a big difference in helping them achieve their dreams.

Most business owners have insurance for their office, equipment, and liability. But there's one asset that often goes unprotected: their ability to earn an income.
If a covered illness or injury prevented you from working tomorrow, would your financial plan still work?
