I tried this seated variation and my biceps were going to explode! After my last set I went straight to hammer curls, I was done after. 06/15/2026

I thought I had good legs back then! 😅 It took time but I was patient with the process to improve my legs with the right approach and cutting out the ego lifting. Few years ago I was concerned about lifting as much as I can and not focused on tempo, time under tension and causing as much pain to grow properly, My legs grew from slowing the movements down and thinking about pressing through the ball of my foot. My quads improved a lot from doing that, especially from watching @milossarcev over the years. You have to find what works for you. Maybe you have to train like an animal, train with more of a smart/science approach or a mix of the two. DM for 1:1 coaching to improve your progress and training 🤝 06/12/2026
