Super excited to announce that I am starting up monthly Food Prep events. Do you have a brain freeze when trying to decide what to make for dinner? Want to cook fresh but always seem to be missing one or two ingredients? Join my Food Prep Event. I do all the shopping, provide the food prep tools & tips. You go home with up to 4 food prepped meals in the number of servings per meal you choose.
🌟What’s included: ingredients, 4 Tupperware containers plus other containers for the rest of the take home ingredients, at home cooking instructions plus a $25 Tupperware product credit for future purchases with me. Want to save money? Bring your own containers.
🌟Date🌟: Thursday May 21 from 7pm-9pm OR Friday May 22 from 10am to noon
🌟Location🌟: North Haven Community Centre (5003 North Haven Drive)

I am making the “midnight” snacks for my friend’s birthday party and so today, I batched raspberry bbq sauce for the black bean meatballs. I could purchase premade but it is so much cheaper to make.

Here is the result of the modified Mongolian stew that I made today. I did make a slurry to thicken the sauce. It turns out that my granddaughter’s friend can eat the equivalent of 2 meals. Who knew? 🤷♀️ So it made 8 meals in the end. Now I have “plan overs” for another family supper (minus the friend) or 3 lunches.
How do I save money? I peruse the meat section at the grocery store for sales.
