Proud to represent the Calgary-Foothills chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. Aca****la Road is the premier men’s barbershop chorus based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We are proud to represent the Calgary-Foothills chapter of the Evergreen District of the Barbershop Harmony Society. Originally founded in 1986 as Western Hospitality Singers, our chorus started out by bringing a classic Western sound to the forefront of barbershop singing. Rebranding as Aca****la Road in 2019, we broadened our horizons to embrace a wider variety of music, including traditional barbershop, classical choral music, and an a ca****la twist on popular tunes by world-famous artists like The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Frank Sinatra, and more. Our chorus and quartets specialize in the art of barbershop quartet-style singing with a modern, community-focused twist. We celebrate excellence in musicianship, building connections, and making memories in harmony.
