Chakra Attunement is a two-hour guided practice that brings together art, reflection, and energy work. You’ll learn the chakra system, paint your own watercolour piece, and write seven personalized affirmations — in your own words — designed to help you realign whenever you feel off.

You leave with a watercolour affirmation painting to hang somewhere you’ll see it, and a practice you can return to anytime. No experience needed — with art or chakra work. Just come as you are. 🌿
