It's a short drive north of YYC in Red Deer County...beautiful blooms depend on mother nature and we hear they'll be open soon-ishhhhh. It's definitely on our bucket list to check out!

We found a little creek to dip our toes in while hiking through William J. Bagnall Wilderness Park in beautiful Mountain View County🏞

This day use area is minutes from Water Valley Campground North + South and is an easy trek for families with littles. The area includes picnic tables + a playground, tons of open areas, and well maintained trails.

This means the use of the following items is prohibited:

❌Charcoal, briquette, or wood barbecues
❌Turkey fryers
❌Tiki torches

❌Outdoor wood burning stove including cooking shelters

However, the following items are permitted:
✔️Gas or propane stoves and barbecues
✔️Propane, catalytic, or infrared/radiant heaters
✔️Propane or gas lanterns
✔️Candles
