We’ve been contacted by a family going through a difficult life transition who is desperately trying to keep their dog, Zeke, rather than permanently rehome him. They need someone willing to give him a safe place to land temporarily while his owner gets back on his feet.

Zeke is:
❤️ 5 years old
🐾 Shepherd mix – approx. 41.8 kg (92 lbs)
✂️ Neutered
💉 Fully vaccinated as of September 2026
🐕 Good with other dogs
🐈 Has previously lived with two cats
👧 Good with children – currently lives with girls ages 9 & 12
🥣 Eats a hydrolyzed diet
🩺 No known medical conditions

📍 Currently located in Sundance SE, Calgary
📅 Foster needed October 10 – March 10

This is temporary foster care only. His family loves him and wants him back.

His owner will provide his food, supplies AND cover veterinary expenses during the entire foster period.

We’re looking for a flight angel travelling from Halifax (YHZ) to Quebec City (YQB) on WestJet who would be willing to have Bert added to their existing flight reservation.

Bert is an almost 2-year-old Bull Terrier who needs to make his way from Nova Scotia to Quebec to continue his journey with SOS Bull Terriers Canada / K2 Rescue Canada. ❤️

There is NO cost to the flight angel. We will arrange and cover Bert’s flight fee and coordinate everything needed for his travel. You simply need to already be travelling on a suitable WestJet flight and be willing to have Bert added to your reservation.

This goofy MINI-Bull Terrier absolutely loves people and has no shortage of personality. He’s affectionate, silly, energetic, and very enthusiastic about basically everything life has to offer.

Bert does get a little too excited and overwhelmed around other animals and small children, so we’re looking for a home where he can be the one and only pet, with no young kids. He needs people who understand Bull Terriers and can give him the structure, exercise, and guidance he needs to thrive.

Wesley is looking for an experienced home that understands the breed and wants an active companion. This guy loves to GO and would make an awesome hiking buddy for someone who enjoys getting outside and wants a four-legged adventure partner.

Wesley will need proper decompression time when entering his new home. He needs someone who understands that settling in takes time and who can provide patience, structure, consistency, and a chance to build trust at his own pace.
