MVP Advanced Toastmasters

**MVP showed up at COT! 🙌**

What a great day of learning, sharing and supporting fellow Toastmasters.

MVP Advanced was well represented, with Val Erickson and Agnes Lo leading the General Sessions, Val training our VP Membership officers, and Geetha N training our Secretaries. Russ Dantu also represented MVP and took part in the training.

We may have reached 7 out of 7 club officers trained. 🎉 We’ll save the official celebration until all the training credits are confirmed, but things are looking very good!

Proud to see MVP members not only attending COT, but contributing to it.

**Another MVP voice on the COT stage! 🎤**

Our own **Agnes Lo, DTM** took the stage to lead General Session Part 2 at yesterday’s Club Officer Training.

It was wonderful to see another MVP Advanced member sharing her experience and helping inspire club officers as they prepare for the year ahead.

Congratulations, Agnes, and thank you for representing MVP and all the other wonderful clubs you belong to!

**MVP on the COT stage! 🎤**

A proud moment for MVP Advanced as our own Val Erickson, DTM led General Session Part 1 at yesterday’s Club Officer Training.

Val brought her experience and energy to the stage, helping set the tone for a day of learning, leadership and connection.

And she wasn’t finished there! Val also served as the **VP Membership trainer**, sharing her knowledge with club officers preparing for the year ahead.

It’s wonderful to see our very own Dave Cartledge and Brenda, along with D208 Club Growth Director Daniel Deck and Maria, representing District 208 at the Toastmasters International Convention in Vancouver! 🎉

From enjoying the convention experience to taking part in the Business Meeting, they’re right in the middle of the action.

Reminiscing about yesterday’s after-meeting “meeting”.

At MVP Advanced, the meeting may end, but the evening often doesn’t.

After our meeting, we head over to Boston Pizza to eat, chat, laugh and simply hang out together.

Yesterday came with an extra little treat too: a special beer from Dave! 🍺

We had no agenda (no speeches or evaluations); we were just MVP friends enjoying each other’s company.

Sometimes the best part of a meeting happens after the meeting.
