Griselda brings over 20 years of experience across legal and global investment banking, with a strong track record in regulatory programs and operational transformation. She has led major industry initiatives, including the SEC’s Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and the transition from T+2 to T+1 settlement.

She has worked at the intersection of data, compliance, and operations, driving audit remediation, improving transparency, and delivering measurable efficiency gains across complex organizations.

In this role, Griselda will lead Begine Fusion’s US operations. She will focus on building our presence in the market, developing partnerships, shaping client relationships, and guiding the delivery of digital adoption and AI systems with our team.

She is based in New York and frequently in California.
