🛠️ Transformation Tuesday 🛠️

On this repair the metal chassis that holds the plastic eyewire insert in place had snapped. Once that support broke, the plastic insert that held the lens could no longer stay securely in place.

Rather than replacing the frame, our technician used a precision laser weld to reconnect the metal chassis, restoring the structure and allowing the plastic insert and lens to be securely reinstalled.
