This September, a new chapter of our Oxbow Dinner Series begins.

For our first evening, we’re heading Down Under with Hugh Hamilton Wines for a five-course dinner inspired by the flavours of Australia and the wines of McLaren Vale.

Each course is paired with a Hugh Hamilton wine, moving from vibrant Fiano through bold Shiraz and Cabernet.
