Geo and Florence grew up in Calgary, moved out to Kitchener for school then work, and now they’re finally coming back home.

Coming home always feels really special. A big family home in Panorama Hills, tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, with the space and comfort they were hoping for.

Florence gets to be close to bike paths, nature, and finally has the perfect room for her piano. Geo gets a massive pie-lot backyard… which also means a lot more grass cutting 😅

That’s the good stuff. The little everyday things that make a house feel like yours. After being away for so long, this isn’t just buying a home. It’s coming back to family, roots, and the next season of life.

From a small condo apartment, to a home to raise your future family in. So happy for you both.

Jordan and Nian had been renting in a dark basement suite for a while, so finding something bright and open really mattered.

This home felt like the complete opposite of where they were coming from.

Big windows, a walkout basement, and a backyard that opens right onto a park/field.

It just felt lighter.

Now Nian has space for her knitting, gardening, and quiet mornings by the window. Jordan has room to build out his tech setup. And together, they finally have a place that feels like theirs.

Really happy for you both. This feels like a good place to grow roots!

Welcome home Ngo Family! 🏡

This family first reached out all the way from Ontario earlier this year with a big plan, which was to move the whole family to Calgary. Three generations, three little boys, all looking for a better place to grow

A warm welcome to a new city was important. So the obvious Vietnamese way, was to bring them a big warm pot of bún bò Huế

But the start wasn’t easy. Airbnbs, moving around, and we even lost out on a bidding war, not the warmest welcome to the city 😅

We stuck to the game plan kept going. And then this one came up in Sage Hill. Vaulted ceilings, a walkout basement, and light filling the home from top to bottom

Funny enough, we lost the 🔑 during our first tour of this home. It turned up eventually in Grandma’s shoe that she didn’t even notice. Shout out to for being a pro and totally understanding

Been a busy stretch lately.

A lot of showings, calls, late nights, and really good conversations.

I don’t always get to post the in-between moments, but this is pretty much where I’m at most days. Simply showing up, trying to take care of people that matter most, helping good people make good decisions, and doing my best to do the right things.
