A little peek at a laundry room that will soon come to life in our clients’ Cypress home.

The soft, dusty-rose cabinetry, warm brass accents, and timeless checkered floor are creating a space where I think they will actually enjoy spending time.

One thing you’ll notice here is the amount of cabinetry. Every home we build in Legacy includes thoughtfully designed laundry room cabinetry as a standard feature. We believe these spaces need to work incredibly well, with plenty of storage, hanging space, and room to tuck away the everyday chaos.

Laundry may never be anyone’s favourite chore, but a beautiful, functional space certainly helps.

We are so excited to finally share the renderings of a new custom home we designed alongside an amazing couple. Soon, this bungalow will begin taking shape on one of the very best lots in The Pointe, with sweeping valley views that influenced every decision we made throughout the design process.

As beautiful as the exterior is, it’s the interior that has us counting down the days. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to reflect this family’s lifestyle, with custom details, incredible craftsmanship, and a few features we can’t wait to reveal.

This kitchen was designed around the way this family lives day to day. They love to cook & entertain, hence the amazing appliance package, and have everyone gathered in one place, so every detail was thoughtfully considered to make that happen.

Soft creamy cabinetry, delicate detailing on the island, gentle arches that carry through the home, and warm brass accents create a timeless palette that will look just as beautiful years from now. The oversized island gives everyone a place to gather, while the layout keeps everything within easy reach for everyday living.

Whether you’re drawn to light and bright, warm and earthy, or dark and moody, our design team carefully curates every detail. Stone, brick, stucco, garage doors, roofing, trim, and architectural accents are thoughtfully selected to ensure the entire palette works seamlessly.

Some days we’re reviewing interior selections. Other days we’re walking foundations, checking framing, touring homes ready for drywall, or seeing finishing details start to come together.

Right now, every corner of Legacy is buzzing with activity. Every home is at a different stage, and that’s one of the things we love most. Watching a foundation become a home, seeing a view framed for the very first time, and knowing that, before long, another family will walk through their front door.

For a modern bungalow currently under construction, this living room concept checks every box for our clients. They had two requests: keep the fireplace clean and simple, and make sure the TV sat no more than three feet off the floor.

Rather than forcing a perfectly symmetrical layout, we leaned into a little asymmetry to create a feature wall that feels intentional, balanced, and quietly impactful. The result is a design that keeps the focus on comfort, function, and the way this family will actually live in the space.

Function first. Then the beauty comes. We can’t wait to bring this one to life!!
