How hot it should be? It is commonly said that 93 degrees celsius would be ideal.

Our recent finds on espresso machines. Your fridge water filter is not enough. 🥺
Descaling your machine at home can be tricky and sometimes risky. We basically use mechanical cleaning tools and high-pressure air to remove these scales as safely as possible, avoiding using chemicals.
Because we care about espresso machines, great coffee, and of course, YOU. 💛

If you become really good at these basic moves, you'll see the difference.
If you don’t get the right pressure to make your espresso, try these. 🧐
- check your grind size (not too coarse/too fine)
- check there’s enough coffee in the portafilter
- check your tamping technique (evenly tamped?)
- check the pump health
If they don’t solve the problem, we can help!
