Four new hires. One week. Real skills, real results.

Valard's newest apprentices spent a week at Apprentice Bootcamp putting their training to work — hands-on technical instruction, rescue training, and one-on-one coaching built around the real work waiting for them on their crews.

From insulator changes and grounding to transformer dressing, pole handling, and truck and trailer operation, every session was built with one goal: get these apprentices field-ready, confident, and set up to succeed from day one.

Valard Construction, Phasor Engineering, Danovo Energy Solutions, and Innoversa spent the week together at the Quanta Services, Inc. booth, connecting with utilities, engineers, and industry partners to talk about the work ahead for Canada’s grid.
