Meet Ms. Tootsie! 🤎A non-alcoholic cocktail that earned its place on our menu and a reminder that alcohol-free drinks deserve just as much care and creativity as every cocktail we make.

Created by True Wild’s very own , It started as a happy accident during a busy Saturday service and quickly became too good not to keep around. Made with our house-made Toasted Barley Demerara Gomme Syrup and Noa amaretto, it’s also a nod to Jeff’s recent run in the national non-alcoholic cocktail competition. While this wasn’t the cocktail he competed with, it carries the same creativity and care that took him to a runner-up finish in regionals and top 10 at nationals in Quebec City.
