Michelle joined Elite over two years ago looking to be part of a strong team. Since then, she has contributed across multiple areas of our business, always stepping up wherever support was needed. What quickly became clear was Michelle's passion for protecting, developing and empowering people. Through Health, Safety & Environment, she found the perfect opportunity to combine her skills, experience, and leadership strengths with her commitment to keeping our Elite Family safe while helping individuals reach their full potential.

Elite Integrity Services is proud to have successfully delivered a 175,000 BBL API 650 dilbit storage tank featuring a steel pontoon external floating roof (EFR), a strong example of our team’s ability to execute complex, large-scale tank projects across Western Canada.
To support an accelerated client schedule, we implemented a concurrent construction strategy, building the tank shell and floating roof simultaneously. This approach streamlined ex*****on while maintaining full control over safety, quality, and overall field construction. This project highlights what’s possible through client collaboration, open communication and a shared commitment to getting the job done right.
