😬 My filling fell out… now what?

🫢 It can be a little alarming, but don’t panic!

🦷 If a filling falls out:

✓ Keep the area clean.
✓ Avoid chewing on that side if you can.
✓ If the tooth feels sensitive, avoid very hot or cold foods and drinks.
✓ Give your dentist a call to have it checked as soon as possible.

👍 Even if it isn’t causing pain, it’s important to have the filling replaced before the tooth becomes damaged or more sensitive!

🪥 Whitening toothpaste can help remove surface stains and keep your smile looking fresh, but it can only do so much.
