Spotty INC
S.P.O.T.T.Y inc is a company tokenizing commodities on the STELLAR blockchain S.P.O.T.T.Y INC. Secure Platform for Open Tokenization of Tradeable Yields Inc.
(SPOTTY) The platform issues tokens representing fractional beneficial entitlements to defined commodity units—such as oil, agricultural goods, or processed livestock—each linked to verified inventory, specific grades, and controlled storage locations. These tokens are not securities, fund units, or derivatives; they do not provide yield or profit-sharing, and instead function as documentary-style entitlements with enforceable redemption rights.
The RWA market is telling us what it wants:
utility
infrastructure
real assets
chain
value
liquidity
trust
ecosystem
That is the conversation SPOTTY is building around.
Not another token narrative.
Not another synthetic wrapper.
Not another listing with no operating substance.
Real assets need rails:
verification
access
transfer
settlement
qualified redemption
market participation
SPOTTY is open to conversations with asset owners, brokers, custodians, inspectors, operators, offtakers and market partners who understand the asset before the token.
The asset comes first.
The token comes after proof.
SCOIL is now live on Native Market.
This is an important step for SPOTTY, but the real work is not just listing a tokenized commodity certificate. The real work is building trust around verified backing, custody, documentation, market access, and clear operating rules.
Real-world assets should be connected to real infrastructure.
Tokenizing a commodity is only the beginning.
The more important questions are practical:
• What exactly does the token represent?
• What legal right connects it to the underlying commodity?
• How is the asset verified and controlled?
• What happens when the holder wants to redeem?
For SPOTTY, redemption is not an afterthought. It is part of the product architecture.
A real-world asset token should make the path between digital ownership and the physical commodity understandable.
Real asset. Clear rights. Verifiable commodity. Defined redemption.

Tokenization does not replace commodity infrastructure. It exposes it.
Every tokenized barrel still depends on custody, verification, documentation, pricing, settlement, and redemption.

Mexico's Oil Regulatory Framework and SPOTTY's Approach
Mexico has a unique history with oil. In 1938, the country nationalized its oil industry and placed it under government control. This means Mexican oil cannot simply be taken from the ground and sold by anyone. It must move through authorized companies, government permits, and regulated commercial agreements.
This is where SPOTTY's structure is important.
SPOTTY works through documented agreements with authorized participants that can legally produce, hold, and sell crude oil. These arrangements give SPOTTY the commercial capacity to bring eligible Mexican oil into the SCOIL program. In Canada, SPOTTY also works within a highly regulated production and environmental system, providing another controlled source of eligible oil.
Before SCOIL tokens are issued, the oil needs to be identified, checked, and documented. Each SCOIL is designed to represent rights connected to one verified barrel of Maya-grade crude oil, or an approved similar oil. The token is the digital certificate on Stellar, while the commercial agreements, inventory records, and custody documents support the physical oil behind it.
Physical delivery remains subject to the program rules, including eligibility, quantity, documentation, logistics, and fees.
This is institutional infrastructure!

SCOIL is now live.
SPOTTY has launched its commodity oil certificate through its native market on the Stellar network. Each SCOIL is designed to correspond to one barrel of verified Maya crude oil, or a permitted equivalent, subject to the governing program terms.
SCOIL (and any token that will be issued by SPOTTY) connect:
• Physical commodity inventory
• Documented ownership and controls
• Compliance-gated issuance
• Blockchain-based records
• A defined redemption framework
This launch marks the beginning of the operating phase. Every token issued represents a verified barrel of oil, backed by commercial agreements, custody documentation, and a clear path to physical redemption.
