After long hours of editing and revisions, I finally did it: I published my first autobiographical book as a coach in the Canadian modeling and beauty pageant industry. 👑📖

"12 Years of Canadian Beauty Queens" wasn't an easy book to write, but it's, without a doubt, one of the projects I'm most proud of.

I feel genuinely humbled to be able to share, after 12 years working with models and beauty queens here in Canada, not just my own experiences and behind-the-scenes stories — I also packed in a ton of practical tips for every candidate out there who's preparing, or dreaming of one day preparing, for a beauty pageant.

Interviews, runway, image, public speaking, platform, sponsorships, social media, and the ethics that hold this entire industry together — everything I've learned over more than 20 years, in one place.
