Sharp Conditioning
Running can be difficult to figure out all the variables on your own. Be faster, stronger, healthier with Sharp Conditioning.
Keegan and Devin are good friends with two very different backgrounds. Keegan grew up as an extremely energetic kid, playing multiple sports, in small town Saskatchewan. Eventually, he focused mainly on hockey throughout most of his primary school years and started to develop a liking to track and field in his early teens. Slowly, he began to grow tired of hockey and narrow his focus on track and field where he was starting to see some promising success. With the encouragement of some of his coaches, he chose to pursue track and field at the post-secondary level where he saw a greater potential for future accomplishments. Keegan competed at the University of Saskatchewan and after one season training in Saskatoon he became the Canadian Junior Champion. Four years later he rose to the top of the University rankings and became the Canadian Inter-University Sport (CIS) champion in the pentathlon, while earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Certified Personal Training certificate (CSEP-CPT). Keegan’s five years at the U of S played an integral part in his desire to help others with there physical health whether it be beginner stages of improving physical fitness of all levels, assisting people to become better runner’s, or helping high performance athletes with their strength & conditioning. Devin is a born and raised Calgarian who's family has always been involved in health and fitness. Being a Canadian boy hockey was instinctively in his life. Devin played in various associations such as the western hockey league and received a scholarship for the University of Lethbridge. From there he moved on and played professional hockey in the United States. When Devin decided to retire from hockey he started to compete in ultra marathons varying in distances from 50 to 125 kilometres each run. Because of the intensity of the sport, Devin has experimented with training, nutrition, and various ways to compete to ensure his body is physically prepared. Devin has competed in many ultra marathons and has had success in various races. He notoriously places in the top 5 overall for the majority of the competitions. Devin is a two time winner of Lost Souls 100km, he as well set the course record in 2013. Devin is an outdoor enthusiast and frequents the trails of the rocky mountains where he trains, and spends his time relaxing with friends and family. Devin specializes in mapping, navigating and safety. His experience, intensity and passion is the perfect mixture that you need while trail running. He also runs and explores with his son and can help new parents who might be intimidated to start running with there baby and a stroller.
