Miss Tatti brings together strength training, aerial yoga and the expressive movement of dance to create a full-body workout that feels more like play.

When parents choose a dance studio, they are choosing more than an activity.
They are choosing an environment that will influence how their child experiences challenge, correction, commitment, their body and their place within a community.
At Pure Energy, we take that responsibility seriously.
We want dancers to discover that strength does not require self-criticism. That accountability can exist alongside compassion. That mistakes are part of learning, and another person’s success does not diminish their own.
Dance is the medium. The whole child is the purpose.
Because the goal is not only to raise children who know how to dance. It is to help shape young people who trust themselves, care for their bodies and know how to meet life with courage.
This is the Pure Energy Whole Child Approach.

Beginning September 8, Tiny Toes will move from 4:30–5:15 PM to its new time:
💚 Tuesdays from 5:15–6:00 PM
This playful class introduces dancers age 3 to movement, music and the joy of dance in a welcoming environment made just for them.

Everything costs more right now. Groceries. Housing. Gas. School supplies. And for many families, that means taking a harder look at the extras.
We believe dance should stay within reach.
As a not-for-profit dance studio, Pure Energy works intentionally to keep dance accessible for Calgary families with some of Calgary’s lowest dance rates, flexible payment options, and fundraising opportunities that can help offset costs.
And now, we’re taking that commitment one step further. 💚
Introducing Pure Energy Dance Without Limits, our new financial assistance program created to help qualifying families access recreational and competitive dance when finances might otherwise stand in the way.
Because a difficult financial season shouldn’t mean a child has to give up something they love.
