A huge thank you to everyone who participated in and supported this year’s Run for Life.

Our team raised an incredible $6,418!!! More importantly, every dollar raised supports the important work of the Centre for Su***de Prevention and the Canadian Mental Health Association, helping provide mental health and su***de prevention programs, resources, education, and support.

During Su***de Awareness Month and Construction Su***de Prevention Week (Sept 14-18), we’re reminded just how important it is to look out for one another. Mental and physical health are closely connected, and sometimes taking care of ourselves starts with simple things: getting outside, moving our bodies, connecting with others, and checking in on the people around us.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for showing up, raising awareness, supporting one another, and helping make a difference.

𝐖𝐞 ❤️ 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬!

From September 8–17, the Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) is celebrating Driver Appreciation Days, recognizing the commercial drivers who keep our roads and our economy moving 24/7.

Last week, Tristan Edwards and Christina (Tina) Sadlowski from Strike’s Fleet Team volunteered at the Jumping Pound CVSA Inspection Facility, where they helped hand out 200 swag bags to passing drivers.

This marks Strike’s third year supporting this great initiative. We were also happy to contribute some Strike swag to the bags as a small way of saying thank you to the hardworking commercial drivers who keep things moving every day.
