Only a few weeks left to book in with me for a massage or reflexology before I take a little time off with hubby and babe. Iāll be back in the fall to sprinkle in appointments with my list of people who want to be contacted first.

Reflexology at Healing Tree Wellness: We start with a calming foot bath with Barefoot Venus Mustard bath additive. Then let you relax into a warm and inviting massage table with a large triangle bolster that elevates and supports your legs.
People often say āyou offer 60 & 90mins for just Reflexology!ā The answer is, yes! Believe me when I say that a half hr per foot will fllllyyyy by and many of my clients prefer 90mins.
Practicing Reflexology for 10years, Iāve continued to be fascinated at just how much a gentle modality focusing on the feet can relax and store the entire body. When the nervous system is given space and time to focus into the ārestā (parasympathetic) part, it can do wonders for the body as a whole.
If youāre wanting some targeted muscle relief in the foot and calf, I suggest a split appointment. You can do this by selecting either Massage or Reflexology first and then do the āAdd-onā option for the other. My most popular option for this is 45mins of each modality or for extra care to other areas of the body 60mins each.
