Making a new (mostly) Lonely Goatherd. He got new legs yesterday and I love how the little shoes came out! Wasting time testing dye for the new harness cover - I should be sewing - but I have to wait for breaks in Derek activity to have the silk out on the kitchen table.
Late night meeting on stringing the new Lonely Goatherd marionette. Puppetry is an ancient art but all we know is what we have learned on this project. Let’s face it, if it wasn’t for Finn I’d be dangling stuffies from strings out there. The Goatherd may look terrifying right now (I had to move his pupils late last night) but he is going to be awesome!

FInn is modeling the new head for our lonely goatherd marionette. Some trippy realizations were made one year into this project. We must have watched the scene 1,000 times and only just realized there are actually two Lonely Goatherd puppets, one sad and one happy!
