Behind the Artist: Albert Marques and Rachel Therrien.

Great collaborations begin with great conversations. Dialogue Vol. II brings together Albert Marques and trumpeter Rachel Therrien in an exploration of improvisation, trust and musical connection. Drawing from jazz, flamenco, Afro-Latin Influences, and contemporary improvisation, the duo creates music that feels both spontaneous and deeply intentional.

"This project is about freedom and connection. It's what happens when two people who had played together for years finally decide to record what they've been saying to each other musically all along" - Therrien 🎶🎺

"Improvisation is our way of composing in real time. Every track is a story that we didn't know we were going to tell until we started playing" - Marques 🎶🎹
