1.Little Tri in Kelowna to visit my friends
2. 26.2 miles of fun in the Calgary sun
3. 100miles with a few bumps along the way
4. 1/2 iron in Calgary

2024 should be fun

Well had a great day and awesome workout out today ! With dynamic stretching , strength, cardio, leg power exercises , core. It was amazing however Flying Squirrel Calgary is made for rubber people not us older kids ! But what a blast , between the silks and balance ladder, the slack line not to mention attempting to get out of the foam blocks after you bite It! What a great place to chase a great 12 year old grandson ! 5stars the staff was amazing , plus I got a new pair of anti slip socks !!!
