Our 📍 Houston interns packed nutritious lunches and decorated lunch bags in support of ’ Meals, helping the organization deliver free, healthy meals to Houston-area children facing food insecurity.

Our Rig Manager Leadership Exchange in 📍 Nisku brought together rig managers and leaders from across North America for a day of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and discussion on the opportunities ahead. These conversations help align our teams, strengthen performance, and support continued success in the field.

The day concluded with remarks from our President & CEO, Carey Ford, recognizing the critical role our rig managers play in delivering High Performance, High Value for our customers every day.

Our Learning Teams visits are built around operations, working within the crew’s schedule to have meaningful conversations about how work is actually done in the field. Procedures provide an important foundation, but we know that no two days on a rig are the same. Our crews bring experience, judgment, and adaptability to changing conditions and the realities of the job in front of them. Understanding those realities helps us learn. It gives us valuable insight into where we can strengthen procedures, improve training, and provide better support for our people.

Thank you to the crews who continue to make time for these conversations and openly share their experiences. By listening, learning, and improving together, we continue to strengthen how we work safely across Precision.

Our 📍 Houston interns toured our Houston Technical Support Center (HTSC), where they got an up-close look at the people, technology, and training that support our operations every day. From exploring our Alpha™ equipped Training Rig to learning how immersive, performance-based training helps prepare crews for success in the field, the tour provided insight into the systems and expertise behind our High Performance, High Value culture.

Hands on experiences like these help our interns build a deeper understanding of our business while exploring future career opportunities in the energy industry. We believe in investing in the next generation, creating meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with the teams driving our operations forward.

As we celebrate 75 years of Precision, it's fitting to reflect on the values that have connected us to Western Canada since 1951. Much like Stampede, our history is rooted in community, innovation, and the people who continue to move our industry forward.
