One of Calgary's longest-running music festivals is back for a full week of blues🎸

The Calgary International Blues Festival has returned from July 27 to August 2, bringing live performances, workshops, Blues at Noon concerts, food trucks, artisan vendors, and evening shows to The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland.

The festival also features 18+ Twilight Blues parties at local venues, making it one of Calgary's biggest celebrations of live music this summer.

Yoga in the Rockies is back at Banff Sunshine Village, giving you the chance to flow with panoramic mountain views before spending the rest of your morning exploring the alpine.

Start your day with a scenic 22-minute gondola ride through the Canadian Rockies, then roll out your mat on the Daylodge Deck with for an outdoor yoga class surrounded by incredible views.

After class you can grab a bite & a brew at Trappers, or join an expert in the area on an optional social hike to soak up even more of Sunshine’s alpine beauty 🥾

Another Love Island USA couple has called it quits 💔

Nic Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen, fan favorites from Love Island USA Season 7, have reportedly broken up just over a year after leaving the villa together.

According to multiple reports, the pair decided to end their relationship due to the challenges of long distance and their busy schedules. A source says the split was amicable, and they remain close friends who continue to support one another.

The couple, affectionately nicknamed "Nicolandria" by fans, finished as runners-up after one of the season's most memorable love stories.
