Sade Babatunde of Knit Me Up shared practical tips on personal branding and professional presentation, followed by an evening of connecting with fellow new professionals. Following the night's theme of personal branding, clothing donations were also collected for Dress for Success Calgary and Calgary Dream Centre!

CREB® will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7 for the Labour Day statutory holiday. This closure extends to all of CREB®, including the Member Support Centre. The Pillar 9™ Help Desk will also be closed.

Please note that the CREB® Member Support Centre phone lines will be open on Saturday, Sept. 5 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but will be closed on Monday.

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

While the rest of Canada celebrates Pride in June, Calgary’s Pride Week is underway. This Aug. 31 to Sept. 6, Calgary highlights the resilience, strength, contributions and joy of the 2SLGBTQ+ community in our city. 🌈

Throughout the week, Calgary Pride is hosting a week-long festival that celebrates and uplifts the 2SLGBTQ+ community with events across the city, including a Block Party, a Q***r Arts Market and the highly anticipated Pride Parade.

Building on the momentum from earlier in the month, 14 CREB® REALTORS® joined Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta in Chestermere on Aug. 26 for a second Habitat Build Day.

Working alongside Habitat’s construction team, volunteers helped build a home for a local family, contributing to safe, affordable housing in our community.

Thank you to Erin Best, Chris Birchard, Krista Bortoluzzi, Rupinder Dhillon, Peter Eki, Kyla Franks, Valerie Konechny, Kelly Macdonald, Shawn Nichols, Sarah Paranych, Danielle Reneau, Merli Rafaela Rojas, Patricia Sterling and Veronika Badzgon for giving their time and skills to help build a stronger community. ❤️

While we enjoyed the summer, we couldn’t be more excited for the fall 🍂 This September, we’re busy with over 10 courses, including Renting Law and Dissolving Disinformation on Dower Rights. 📚

But that’s not all! We’re also hosting A Future Leaders Workshop (worth checking out if you’d like to volunteer for CREB®), the CREB® Professionalism Summit and more.
