- Provides FULL-TIME dedicated “Virtual Staff” to SMEs such as Customer Service Reps, Tier 1/Level 1 Support Technicians, Back Office/Admin Assistants, SEO and Social Media Specialist, Programmers, Developers, Testers etc.

- Offers 24/7 coverage through our “Buddy system” – a procedure in which we strategically make arrangement within the team to cover on any particular shift regardless if someone is sick or on leave/time-off. This is applicable to 5 staff team and above or whenever possible.
