This 2,400 sq. ft. Elbow Park residence was created for a developer with a clear vision: something striking, timeless, and designed to appeal to a wide range of future homeowners.

Building along the river meant working through unique floodplain requirements, raised elevations, and strict building height limitations, all while keeping the architecture balanced and intentional.

The result? A contemporary riverside home where smart planning and great design work hand in hand.

Some homes just have good bones. This Bragg Creek property was one of them.

The potential was there from the beginning. Rather than starting over, the vision was to breathe new life into the existing home and reimagine it for its next chapter.

This unique corner lot could have fit more, but the right solution was a thoughtfully designed 3-unit + 3-suite rowhouse. We also worked with the City to preserve several mature trees, creating a project that respects the site from day one.

Built into a challenging hillside, every level was carefully planned to work with the natural terrain while creating a seamless connection between the home, pool, and outdoor living spaces.
