From the first date that I started doing art classes with these awesome kids, I knew it was going to be something special.
I have been teaching kids from 3 to 13 for this past year and they have reminded me why I love being an artist. These kids are here because they love, art, too. Each one listens, they help each other, they respond to others ideas and they are the funniest bunch of kids I know.
Our little group called ‘Tiny Tadpoles and Toads’ are displaying their artwork at the High River library for the month of August.
We are hoping that the community of High River will go and see what these young artists are doing. These kids see the world vividly and with lots of imagination. The large paintings is a collaboration of all of the students and myself (see if you can find the chameleon)! Enjoy!
