What if yoga could meet you where you are today?

When you live with arthritis, your joints can feel different from one day to the next. You don’t have to push through a pose or move like the person beside you. Sometimes a prop, a smaller stretch or a pause makes all the difference.

Join us for our **Yoga for Arthritis workshop** to explore movement with more awareness of your joints and find options that feel right for you.

We’ve heard everything in the book:

“I’m too stiff for yoga.”
“I can’t get down on the floor.”
“I tried a class once and couldn’t keep up.”
“My joints feel different every day.”

If you’ve said any of these things, we hear you. It can be hard to picture yourself in a yoga class when the poses you’ve seen don’t seem to leave room for your body.

That’s why we’re hosting a **Yoga for Arthritis workshop**. Come ask questions, explore different ways to approach movement and discover that a pose can be adjusted. You don’t need to arrive flexible or know what you’re doing. You can start where you are.

Some weeks you can make it to the studio a few times. Other weeks, getting there just isn’t happening. We get it.

That’s why we love this membership. For **$60, you get one month of unlimited Auburn Bay classes**, plus access to our on-demand video library when practising at home works better for you.

You’ll also get member pricing on workshops and events, so if something catches your eye, you can come explore that too.

We’d love to see you in class, even if it’s just to try something new this month. Message us if you’d like to join or have a question.

Some days you have more energy. Other days, your joints ask you to take things slowly. Both are welcome here.

Our Yoga for Arthritis workshop is a chance to explore movement at your own pace, ask questions and find another way when a pose doesn’t feel right. You don’t need to arrive knowing what your practice should look like.

What does myofascial release even mean?

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around and supports your muscles. When it becomes tight or restricted, you may notice stiffness, tension or less freedom in your movement.

Myofascial release uses gentle, sustained pressure with tools like therapy balls to help those areas soften and move more comfortably.

Join us this Saturday to learn simple techniques you can safely practise at home as part of your self-care routine.
