I am very pleased with how this renovation project in Upper Scarboro turned out for my client and it has just been listed on the market. I started working with him back in October 2019 as a phased renovation with the goal of selling the home. He had a number of really bad prior experiences with contractors and another designer, unfortunately, so I was determined to be his advocate and help him through renovating his home.
As happens with most renovations, there were some twists and turns, such as more work being required in certain areas because of poor workmanship from a 1988 renovation, not to mention the original construction had a layer of metal lath between two layers of drywall!
