Pride looks pretty good in the Rockies. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🏔️

Q-TILITIES is proud to support Banff Pride with a $500 donation as the festival returns October 2–12 for 11 days of q***r community, culture and connection.

The festivities kick off with the Pride March and flag raising on October 2, followed by a packed schedule that includes everything from Reading with Royalty and a Pride voyage on Lake Minnewanka to drag brunch, Pride Bingo, live music, the Pride Market and plenty of drag and burlesque.

Whether you’re looking to connect with community, catch a show, hit the dance floor or simply celebrate Pride surrounded by the Rockies, there’s a lot happening in Banff this October.

Meet our newest Q-MMUNITY Referral Partner: The Bow Valley Pride Network. 🏔️🌈

Across Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise and the surrounding region, the Bow Valley Pride Network is helping businesses, organizations and community spaces put 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion into practice through training, resources and community programming.

Now, when you sign up for Q-TILITIES through their dedicated landing page, your energy bill helps support that work.

More welcoming communities. More connection. More Pride in the Bow Valley. 💜

Your utility lineup just got a little more fabulous. ✨

You might know us for electricity, but that’s only part of the Q-TILITIES lineup.

⚡ Electricity — fixed and variable options to help you find your fit
🔥 Natural gas — competitive rates to keep things cozy
☀️ Solar — options for Alberta solar producers who want to make the most of their excess generation
📶 Internet — because keeping you connected is part of the package, too

And when you choose Q-TILITIES, your utilities can do more than keep your home running. Through the Q-MMUNITY Fund, sponsorships, referral partnerships and more, we’re committed to giving back to Alberta’s q***r and trans communities. 🌈

Swipe through to meet the lineup, check out our current rates and see what works for you.

Make your power do more at Q-TILITIES.ca

With lots of new faces joining us lately, we thought it was a good time to reintroduce ourselves and the reason Q-TILITIES exists.

We believe something as everyday as choosing who powers your home can do more. It can support q***r and trans communities across Alberta, strengthen local organizations and help build a future where community supports community.

That belief is built into how we do business, from our Q-MMUNITY Fund and referral partnerships to the organizations, events and initiatives we support throughout the year.

And yes, we also keep the lights on. 😉⚡

Powered with Pride. Always. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Our Pride pins are keeping the good going. 🌈📍

You may have spotted these little Alberta pins at our Pride events this summer. Now, they’re coming with us to markets across the province — and helping raise money for the Q-MMUNITY Fund along the way.

Pick up a pin, make a donation and, at the end of each market, we’ll give the wheel a spin to see which of our Q-MMUNITY partners receives the funds raised. 🎡

And the very first spin goes to… Calgary Outlink! 💛

Thanks to everyone who grabbed a pin and chipped in. There are plenty more pins — and plenty more spins — to come.

You donate. We spin. Community wins.

Kinda chic to make your power do more. 🌈⚡

To us, being Powered with Pride means more than providing electricity and natural gas. It means showing up, giving back, supporting q***r and trans organizations and events, building community, and having a gay old time while we’re at it.

And none of it happens without our customers.

Every person who switches to Q-TILITIES gives us another opportunity to put our values into action and invest back into the communities we’re proud to be part of.

So, to everyone who has switched, supported us, cheered us on, stopped by our booth, attended an event, told a friend, or simply believed in what we’re building: thank you. 💜

Your utility bill has to be paid anyway.
Kinda chic to make it count.
Kinda chic to be powered with pride.🏳️‍🌈
