This MagnaTrack exterior screen project was recently completed for homeowners in northwest Calgary. Their home overlooks a beautiful ridge, but the open location also leaves their patio exposed to strong winds.

The new exterior screens provide added privacy and protection when the ridge winds pick up, while still allowing the homeowners to enjoy their view through the screen fabric. The systems can also be raised when they want the patio completely open.

The homeowners love their transformed outdoor living area, and we’re thrilled with the finished result.

Our team was on site today installing a custom MagnaTrack exterior screen system for a Forged Design Group client.

This project is still underway, but the transformation is already taking shape. These motorized screens will help create a more comfortable and protected outdoor living space by providing added control over wind, insects, UV exposure, heat and privacy—while still maintaining the view.
