Situated on a 15m x 38m lot, this 4-unit + 4 car garage project maximized site efficiency under the R-CG land use and achieves a density of 68 units per hectare. Completed in 2018, its design features a mix of modern and retro inspired elements that introduces an eclectic vibe to Calgary's Marda Loop district. ⁠

This pair of infill singles have a great view of downtown from their second floor balconies. These photos were taken shortly after construction wrapped up, but since then homeowners have added their own flair with additional landscaping, pergolas and a front patio. ⁠⠀
