A lot of young people are dealing with pressure, confusion, anxiety and nobody is really asking the right questions.
So we’re changing that.
This Hangout is a real conversation about mind health, no filters, no judgment. Just honest talks about emotions, struggles, and how to actually cope.
Your teen need to be in this room.

Love, Hearts & Healthy Choices is a Valentine’s hangout designed to help teens understand what real love truly means. Through age-appropriate conversations, we’ll explore:
Love: what real love looks like, helping teens understand their emotions, and how to spot unhealthy or abusive behavior.
Heart: crushes, dating, and what to consider before choosing to date.
Healthy choices: building healthy friendships, personal boundaries, self-worth, and making wise decisions, including a brief, age appropriate conversation about s*x.
