🌕✨ FULL HARVEST MOON — SEPTEMBER 26, 2026 ✨🌕
The Harvest Moon is here… and this one feels like a release.
There comes a point when you realize you’re no longer meant to carry the version of yourself that got you here.
The old patterns.
The old fears.
The old stories.
The relationships that keep pulling you backward.
The version of you that learned to survive, but never learned that you were allowed to truly thrive.
This Full Harvest Moon invites us to gather what we’ve learned and release what we no longer need. 🍂
And maybe this isn’t the moon to manifest more.
Maybe it’s the moon to get honest about what you’re finally ready to let go of.
🔥 Burn the bridge to the pattern—not the person.
🌿 Release what keeps you small.
🌕 Stop returning to places your soul has already outgrown.
✨ Make peace with who you were.
🤍 Give yourself permission to become who you are now.
You don’t have to carry your past into every new chapter.
Some doors close because you’re finally ready to stop walking through them.
Tonight, ask yourself:
What am I ready to release?
What version of me am I outgrowing?
What am I no longer willing to carry into this next season?
Write it down.
Feel it.
Thank it for what it taught you.
And then let it go.
You don’t need to force your next chapter.
You simply need to stop holding onto the one that has already ended. 🌕🍂
✨ Happy Harvest Full Moon ✨
May this season bring you clarity, release, grounding, and the courage to choose what truly aligns with you.

🍂✨ AUTUMN EQUINOX ✨🍂
Today, we arrive at a moment of balance.
The Autumn Equinox reminds us that light and darkness are both part of the natural rhythm of life. Neither needs to be resisted. Both have something to teach us.
As the season begins to shift, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and gently release what we no longer need to carry.
🍁 Release what has run its course.
🍁 Give thanks for what has grown.
🍁 Make space for what is waiting to emerge.
🍁 Find balance between doing and simply being.
Just as the trees prepare to let go, we can ask ourselves:
What am I ready to release?
What am I grateful for?
And what do I want to carry with me into this next season?
May this Equinox bring you grounding, clarity, and a gentle reminder that there is beauty in every season of becoming. 🌙🍂
Happy Autumn Equinox.
May you find your balance between the light and the dark. ✨

🍂 Preparing for Mabon 🍂
As we move toward the Autumn Equinox, the energy of the season invites us to slow down, gather inward, and honour what we have harvested—not only from the earth, but from our own lives.
Mabon is a beautiful time to pause and ask:
✨ What am I grateful for?
🍁 What have I grown or created this year?
🌾 What lessons am I carrying forward?
🔥 What am I ready to release?
🌙 Where do I need more balance in my life?
This is a season of transition. The days begin to grow shorter, nature begins letting go, and we are gently reminded that we don’t have to hold onto everything we’ve carried through the year.
You might prepare for Mabon by:
🍎 Creating a gratitude altar
🕯️ Lighting a candle and reflecting on the past season
🌿 Bringing autumn leaves, herbs, flowers, or natural treasures into your space
🥧 Preparing a nourishing seasonal meal
📖 Journaling about what you’ve harvested—physically, emotionally, and spiritually
🍂 Spending quiet time outdoors and noticing the changing season
✨ Releasing something that no longer feels aligned
Above all, let Mabon be a reminder that balance doesn’t mean everything is equal all the time. Sometimes balance is knowing when to give, when to receive, when to grow—and when to let go.
May this turning of the wheel bring you gratitude for how far you’ve come and peace with what you’re ready to leave behind. 🍂🌙
Happy Mabon, beautiful souls. 🤎

🍂 Fall is an invitation to let go.
There’s something beautiful about this season. The trees don’t cling to what they’ve outgrown. They simply release… making room for what comes next.
Maybe we can do the same. 🤎
Let go of the version of you that had to survive.
Let go of relationships that no longer feel aligned.
Let go of old expectations, old stories, and old ways of thinking.
Let go of the need to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to carry everything with you into your next chapter.
Sometimes new beginnings don’t require us to do more…
They simply require us to make space.
This fall, ask yourself:
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What am I no longer willing to carry?
✨ What would I love to make room for?
Let the leaves remind you…
Releasing isn’t the end.
It’s part of becoming. 🍁

✨ You are not responsible for every thought that crosses your mind.
Sometimes the first thought is simply an old pattern, a wound, conditioning, fear, jealousy, anger, or a nervous-system reflex.
You don’t have to shame yourself for being human.
The real work begins in the space between the reaction and the response.
Pause.
Breathe.
Notice what came up.
Ask yourself, “Is this who I want to be, or is this simply what I learned to do?”
Healing isn’t about never having difficult thoughts or emotions.
It’s about becoming aware enough to choose what you do with them.
Your first thought may be automatic.
Your next choice is where your power lives. 🤍
Keep going. You’re learning yourself in real time.

✨ Give luck more chances to find you. ✨
Sometimes the life we’re craving isn’t waiting for us on the same familiar road.
Maybe it’s time to take the different route.
Say yes to the invitation.
Try something you’ve never tried.
Go somewhere new.
Talk to someone outside your usual circle.
Follow that little nudge you keep ignoring.
We can’t always see where a new path will lead—but we also can’t discover something different by doing everything the same.
You don’t have to completely change your life overnight.
Just change the route once in a while. 🌿
Leave a little room for the unexpected.
Because sometimes the most beautiful chapters begin with something as simple as “Why not?” ✨

There are seasons in life when everything feels out of rhythm. 🌙✨
You may feel like you’re behind, lost, exhausted, or wondering why nothing seems to be falling into place.
But what if you’re not failing?
What if you’re simply in a phase of becoming?
Just like the moon, we move through cycles. There are times to grow, times to shine, times to retreat, and times to release what no longer belongs.
You don’t have to be the same version of yourself every day.
Some seasons are for building.
Some are for healing.
Some are for resting.
Some are for starting over.
And none of them make you less whole. 🤍
So if life feels a little messy right now, take a breath.
You are allowed to have phases.
You are allowed to change.
You are allowed to take your time becoming who you’re meant to be. 🌿🌙

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do when life feels overwhelming isn’t to push harder—it’s to slow down. 🌙✨
When your mind is carrying too many thoughts, decisions, responsibilities, and emotions at once, everything can start to feel urgent.
But not everything needs your attention right now.
Try replacing:
“I’m overwhelmed.”
with:
“What matters most right now? I can go slowly.”
Take one thing off your mental list.
Take one deep breath.
Choose one small next step.
Your nervous system doesn’t need you to solve your entire life in one moment. It needs to know that you are safe enough to pause. 🤍
You are allowed to move through life more gently.
You are allowed to choose what matters.
You are allowed to go slowly.
Slow is not stuck.
Rest is not failure.
And you don’t have to carry everything at once. 🌿

🌲✨ Tree medicine. ✨🌲
Sometimes the best medicine isn’t found in a bottle.
It’s found in the quiet of the forest…
in the sound of the wind moving through the trees,
in the earth beneath your feet,
and in the reminder that you don’t have to rush.
When life feels loud, overwhelming, or simply too much—go outside.
Take a walk.
Breathe deeply.
Put your phone away.
Let the trees hold some of what you’ve been carrying.
Nature doesn’t ask you to explain yourself.
It simply reminds you to slow down, come back to yourself, and breathe. 🌿
No prescription necessary.
Unlimited refills. 🤍
When was the last time you let nature be your medicine? 🌲✨

🌕✨ STURGEON FULL MOON — AUGUST 27, 2026 ✨🌕
There are moments when the universe seems to whisper a little louder.
The Sturgeon Moon reminds us that we are never truly separate from the world around us. We are connected to the cycles of the moon, the changing seasons, the rising and falling tides, and the quiet rhythms of nature.
This Full Moon is a beautiful time to slow down and ask yourself:
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What am I ready to grow?
✨ What no longer feels aligned with who I am becoming?
✨ Where am I being called to trust the timing of my life?
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
Sometimes growth simply means becoming quiet enough to hear yourself again.
Let this moon be your reminder that you are part of something much bigger—and just like nature, you are allowed to change, shed, rest, begin again, and bloom in your own time. 🌙🌿
Take a deep breath. Look at the moon. Set an intention.
Something within you is already shifting. ✨
The Sturgeon Full Moon reaches its peak on August 27, 2026. 🌕
