We always have so much fun photographing new members of Dr. Nick’s My Ottawa Orthodontist team! I know how awesome these guys are, as both my nephews had their braces done here.

Love that they showcase their personalities and hobbies on their website rather than the traditional head shots. As you can see, their newest team member Donna loves the beach and a great read! Seemed like the perfect image to bring in a long weekend!

Love how our communities all come together! Wednesday, we had a lot of fun at The Dragonfly Boutique in Almonte. Diane, the wonderful boutique owner recruited a few familiar faces as models from Carleton Place, Almonte, Smiths Falls, and Ottawa. A few outtakes and a couple of images from the shoot are below. An amazing dinner at Cafe Postino followed. I'm looking forward to going through all the images and showcasing this fabulous store!

Ahhh, the challenges of summer…

Has great aunt Helen from Nanaimo unexpectedly stopped by? Are your sister’s visiting teenage triplets practicing the drums in your spare room? Is your house overflowing with relatives, their luggage, and their pet chihuahua, here for a 40th anniversary party?

We’d love to meet them! Bring the whole family out for a fun unposed photoshoot. Our studio has space for up to 20 and we can photograph inside and out.

It's always awesome when you can collaborate with another photographer! I so enjoyed meeting Jacqueline Marie of Jacqueline Marie Photography at a Smiths Falls Networking Event. We decided to meet up at my studio and do an exchange headshot session! She took some awesome headshots of me which you may have seen on her sneak peak post.

I met Robin from Unposed Photography at a Smiths Falls Chamber of Commerce event at Bowies one evening. We got chatting and decided we should trade headshots — she’d shoot mine, I’d shoot hers.

I had no idea what I was in for. Posing for Robin was anything but calm — running around a chair, circling a tree, twirling, jumping… it was a workout!

I had so much fun working with her. Here are a few sneak peeks from the session.
